Dominique Duprat has been appointed Managing Director of Les Crudettes' Végétal division, a position he has held since December 2020, replacing Thierry Dubois. He reports directly to Emmanuel Vasseneix, Chairman of Laiterie Saint-Denis-de-l'Hôtel. He is in charge of a division comprising Crudettes (salads), C'Zon (acquired in 2019), and Corbeilles et Micol (fresh cuts for high-end restaurants and hotels).
