3rd and last appointment with Céline Dassonville, MBS 2000:

Ex-CEO of TBWA Corporate and ex-CSR Director of CARTIER, Céline has over twenty years' experience in communications and impact.Founder of Ethiwork in 2018, an impact studio dedicated to accelerating the consideration of environmental and social impact in the Luxury and Fashion sector (Biography below).

Céline will share with us her background in the luxury and fashion sectors, and her values and ambitions for responsible innovation.

Live from Paris, 1 hour to cross paths with two generations of women, two career paths, and to exchange views on :

- From the corporate world to the world of entrepreneurship after 40: leading to success

- CSR & Ecology: supporting the luxury and fashion sectors in their transition

- Women and Impact: embodying benevolent, fairer leadership at all levels

3 events, 3 conferences will give you the opportunity to meet and exchange with these experts.

Our aim is to highlight the stories of the women in the network. We also want to showcase role models for new generations, and share their diversity and achievements.

From the United States to France, via the Middle East, these women will be sharing their journeys in some of the most recognized companies (Airbnb, UN Women France, Fedex, Télémaque, etc.).
Nearly 100 network graduates joined us for the first episode of the Women Leaders Forum with Fannie Boulanger, MBS 2005 and Director of International Purchasing at Airbnb and for the second with Nathalie Amiel-Ferrault, Vice President CCI Dubai.

Céline MARCHAL-DASSONVILLE (PGE, 2000)

Former CEO of TBWA Corporate and former CSR Director of CARTIER, Céline has over twenty years' experience in communications and impact. She is passionate about responsible innovation, and explores the new fields of creativity offered by circularity. Member of the ethical chair of the cultural council of the Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie, B-Leader, Member of the board of Zei and UN Women France and Graduate of Cambridge University, Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies. Céline created Ethiwork in 2018, an impact studio dedicated to accelerating the consideration of environmental and social impact in the Luxury and Fashion sector.

She supports brands in defining their CSR strategy, its implementation and their faire-savoir by working on new imaginaries. Céline is also the author and producer of Luxury for Good, a podcast dedicated to the behind-the-scenes transformation of the luxury industry towards greater sustainability and transparency, and is heavily involved in talent training (ESSEC mba luxe - ENAMOMA - FHH).
